Another Mountain View Home With Los Altos Schools Has Multiple Offers!

There was a great Mountain View home that came on Broker tour last Friday.  The address is 1839 Walnut Drive and it is listed by Patrice Horvath of Alain Pinel Realtors.  The three things that caught my attention about this home were the large bedrooms, large lot, and Los Altos schools. 

Apparently, buyers were very interested in the home because the word on the street is that it received at least 7 offers today and is rumored to have multiple counter offers on it.  My prediction … $1,420,000.  Not bad considering the asking price was $1,295,000.
