Construction of Model Homes at The Enclave at Waverly Park is Moving Along

SummerHill Homes newest neighborhood, The Enclave at Waverly Park in Mountain View, is getting closer to completion of it’s three model homes.  Demolition of the farm and subsequent construction of three model homes began in late fall 2010.

SummerHill Homes will be building 53 single family homes on the 14.6 acre site.  According to SummerHill’s website:

“The one and two-story homes will range in size from approximately 2,498  to 2,949 square feet with 4 to 5 bedrooms and minimum home sites of  approximately 8,000 square feet.”>
“Prices anticipated starting from the mid to high $1,000,000s.”

The Enclave at Waverly Park sits on the former orchard and farm known as the Pumpkin Patch ,” where families bought fresh produce and during the holidays, pumpkins and Christmas trees.
