Highlights From Friday’s Los Altos/Mountain View Broker Tour

It was a rather small Broker’s tour on Friday, only 13 single family homes.  Nine are new listings and four are properties that were being re-toured.  Of  the homes that I saw (two agents cancelled their home’s tour), two stood out.

The home located at 1034 E Rose Circle, Los Altos is a great home.  It is a 3 bedroom 2.5 bath home that is right around the corner from Blach Intermediate School.

I also thought the property at 1533 Miramonte Avenue in Mountain View was an excellent value (although severely under priced).  According to our MLS, this home was bought as a bank owned property for 730k in January.  It was subsequently remodeled and put back on the market for 31k below its original purchase price.  Can you say multiple offers!
