Los Altos Real Estate Market Update – February 2010
According to MLS Listings Inc. data there currently are 121 single family homes for sale in Los Altos. 82 homes are active and available to purchase. The remaining 39 homes are under contract.
Seventeen single family homes closed escrow in the month of February. This is slightly above the 12 year average of sixteen homes that closed escrow in the month of February.
New listings were down, creating some multiple offer situations that resulted in six properties selling above their asking price.
