Sixteen homes closed escrow in April at an average of 100.86% of the list price. The average days on the market for these homes was 23 days. Note: one house took over 108 days to sell, so the average days on market is a little skewed. So what does this all mean?
In short, the market in this desirable west of El Camino neighborhood is picking up and properties are selling rather briskly. Relative to the prior three year’s, the market appears to be much stronger. However, take that with a grain of salt because properties in these neighborhoods don’t turn over that much thereby making the sample size is small.
