The Top Three Homes From the Los Altos, Los Altos Hills, and Mountain View Broker Tour
There were 29 properties on this week’s Los Altos, Los Altos Hills, Mountain View Broker tour. Twenty-five were new listings and four properties were being re-toured. Below are my three favorites:
880 Echo Drive, Los Altos – Listed by Irene Wang of Alain Pinel Realtors, this 2 bedroom, 1 bath home will make one buyer a happy developer. Look to see this property built out in 2 years with a 2-story 4000+ sf home. Due to its 13,600 sf lot and low price ($1,395,000) this home promises to receive the most offers and the highest percentage above asking price among all of this week’s new listings. My prediction is between 1,810,000 and 1,850,000.
826 Tulane Drive in Mountain View’s Varsity Park – Listed by Elain Klemm of Alain Pinel Realtors, this remodeled home located within the Los Altos School district should sell quickly. Nicely remodeled and a good location make the list price of $1,029,000. a good value.
Although priced above the market back in 2007, I have always like this next home. The property address is 14790 Manuella Road in Los Altos Hills and it is currently listed at $7,498,000. Co-listed by Hanna Shacham of Coldwell Banker and Ken Deleon of Deleon Realty, this 7 bedroom, 6 full and 2 half bath light filled home is stunning. The backyard features a nice swimming pool where one can actually do a little lap swimming. The home is located within the Palo Alto Unified School District boundaries.
