There were 27 single family homes on today’s Mountain View/Los Altos/Los Altos Hills Broker tour. Thirteen are new listings and fourteen are properties that have been on the market and were being re-toured. Most of the re-toured properties have had price reductions. My favorite three properties are as follows (in no particular order):
2173 Sierra Ventura Drive, Los Altos:
Listed at $1,648,000 by Michelle Rodriguez of Intero Real Estate Services, this 4 bedroom, 3 bath home is lovely. It is located in the Highlands area of south Los Altos and has been elegantly upgraded. However, the backyard is a tad small. Children would attend Montclaire Elementary, Cupertino Middle and Homestead high school.
2130 Carol Avenue, Mountain View:
Listed at $939,000 by Pat Jordan of Coldwell Banker, this 4 bedroom, 2 bath home on an approximate 8400 sf lot appears to be a great buy. I write “appears” because there is some question regarding the permit status of the expansion. The home is 1/2 block from the back field entrance to Huff Elementary (936 API). With a little research, this could be a winner.
13815 Barton Court, Los Altos Hills:
Listed at $9,950,000. by the Bogard & Hughes team of Alain Pinel Realtors, this 5 bedroom, 4+ bath estate is simply fantastic! It’s a Tuscan retreat built by Custom Dreams and is ideally located just a few blocks from downtown. I especially love the outdoor entertaining spaces and pool. Anyone local win the lottery?
