What are Quick Response (QR) codes and how do they relate to marketing Los Altos real estate? QR codes are basically bar codes that can be used to market real estate. The best way to understand how QR codes work is to see them in action. Below is a QR code I created for my listing at 1700 Oak Avenue in South Los Altos:

Use your mobile phone device to scan the picture. The phone de-code’s the information and drives the home buyer to my property web page which has additional details of the property. It is a great quick tool that allows me to connect with mobile device users and potential home buyers.
