Video of my newest “Pocket” listing

This lovely 2,500+ S.F. home has 5 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms and is located within the small and secluded Sunnyvale neighborhood known by its residents as the “Pocket.” Why do residents call it the “Pocket?” Because the only access into the top of the “Pocket” is from Homestead via 3 small streets.

The “Pocket” is not a neighborhood with cars cutting through the neighborhood in order to get somewhere else. As one long time resident told me, once you enter the “Pocket,” you are home. Given the “Pocket” is close to excellent schools, as well as, major transportation arteries, it is convenient to everything yet lacks the traffic and busyness that larger neighborhoods on the other side of Homestead Road encounter.
