One home is an active listing and the remaining six homes are under contract, with one of these being a contract subject to the buyer selling their home. In our current market, it is highly unusual for a seller to take a contingent offer. 94087 includes the Sunnyvale neighborhoods that border Los Altos to the west, roughly Lawrence Expressway to the east, El Camino Real to the north and roughly Homestead Road to the south. Fourteen properties had multiple offers and sold at or above their asking price. Property condition may have contributed to a lack of multiple offers on 3 of the 4 homes that didn’t receive multiple offers. These homes had few upgrades and appeared to be in fairly original condition. The fourth home that failed to receive multiple offers had a poor footprint. So homes with a good floor plan and that are in excellent condition are being purchased at a premium.
