Where to Find Bank Owned and/or Foreclosure Properties in Los Altos

It seems that the traditional media likes to stir things up a bit by reporting that there are foreclosures and bank owned properties everywhere.  Fortunately, that is not the case.  According to our local Multiple Listing Service, there are only three properties that are either bank owned or in the foreclosure process listed for sale in Los Altos.
